On Style: Fedora on me!

It was always my dream to have a Fedora Hat ever since, so it's like... when i was still 10 YO? =) As far as everyone told me, it is commonly used by men but as far as fashion is concerned, i believe i have the right to wear it... Dunno why all these years i never had it on my collection, not until Christmas last year... I made it on my wish list and i'm so glad that I got it as a present! =D

Yey! Lovin' the shade and the texture..  I think I'm gonna use this during summer too

On Style: A Night in Tangerine

For me,shades of Orange is the warmth of fire. It combines the energy of red and the happiness of yellow.
That's why i chose to wear this color in any evening activity because it matches the cold mood of the night.

Sports band / Digital Watch from Nike

Lovely gladiator shoes bought in Japan

Bangle from Got Fashion Online Shop

It's kind of a laughing color... and according to some studies, Orange color is the best emotional stimulant. It increases self-esteem and strengthens a sense of identity. It connects us to our senses and helps to remove inhibitions which helps in our social life.

Now you better check that closet and find amazing orange shade to wear.

On Style: Egyptian Nightfit on Eden

Last Saturday Oct. 06, I danced the night away with my lovely friends at a bar in East Wood. It was the revamped Penthouse Manor Club now called Eden Night Club

It was May this year when i last went clubbin' with friends and rock the dance floor, missed a lot huh? Anyway, we had to change clothes inside the car coz we had dinner in a friend's house first before we hit the night club..Crazy, but that's what friends do, right?

Egyptian Dress: Cheap Finds =)
Shoes: SM Parisian Shoes
Watch: Skechers Time

Earrings bought in the stalls of Festival Mall Alabang

With Zyanya, lookin' hot with her Animal Prints!

With the rest of the gang!

It was a blast! A fun escape from the hassles of our busy corporate life! It's not really harmful to try something loud, get drunk, dance to the beat, groove and sweat, enjoy the rhythm, the night and the people you're  with, just be responsible for all your actions. So till next "Gimik" friends!

On Style: Understanding Abstract

I bought a skirt in Metro Market Market Mall at their Fashion Market section, i forgot the stall number, anyway.. though the color is a shade of dark violet and looks really dull, I still decided to buy it because of its cotton-lace material.

I wore it first with a black doll sleeved blouse. I felt it's a good match but people came telling me, my colors are not alive. Outside opinion means a lot to me so the next time i wore it, i made an experiment..=D

Ta Da...!!!

So sorry for the things at my back, those are props =P

I paired it with an abstract print! It's the safest i guess... some asked "why is your skirt violet? not on your shade?" then i answered.. " Mine's an abstract color, we can never understand" =)

Neons and Bright colors to highlight this outfit.
Shoes from the stalls of Fashion Market too
Neon Bangle from Trend Lane

Be playful and have fun!
Mix and Match!
Let creativity flow...=)

On Craft: DIY Organizer

Admit it or not, girls has the highest tendency to be the messiest creation ever made! Why? Simply because our last name is "Burloloy". From head dresses down to shoes.. we have varieties! Imagine this stuffs if its not properly organized..... it's a disaster!

We can easily start by organizing our fashion accessories, necklaces, earrings etc. How do we do it?

Some do it the old fashioned way..
Storing jewelries in an antique organizer.

This is a modern accessory organizer. I was actually looking for this in malls, fortunately i found it at SM Department   but it is not for sale =( it's sort of a freebie for purchases of worth 1000 (if I'm not mistaken)on their fashion accessories.
I ended up wondering how to keep all my "abubot".  I thought of making a "DIY" (do it your self) and below are the ideas that flashes on me. This might help you if you're planning to do some organizing too.

A cork board! What to do with this? You can cover this with see through cloth for it's background. Put pins on and you can simply start by putting your necklaces on the them. Quick and simple!

I also thought of bathroom hangers and suctions..

I can just hang all necklaces and bracelet there. Even scarves may accommodate.. or it can also be the bathroom organizer it self...

Looks cute, but it's so not DIY..
well for me huh.. thought of drinking glasses holder for the bangles.

It's fantastic! However, i wasn't able to find this kind of holder..=/ That's life..
So I came up with this materials...

I made use of microwavable storage for my necklaces, studs earrings, rings and brooches..

The brown box thing is a coffee carrier from Krispy Creme donuts, where i put my watches on the left side and eye wear on the right side.. I've consider so much of the recycle sign =).

Familiar with those blue round thing? It's a glass table mat!
My bangles are temporarily put inside a tissue holder, while I'm still looking for that glasses holder, hopefully i can find it real soon..

It looks better now! Just need to maintain this kind of look, and i guess that's the hardest part =P

The wind is blowin' hard, but who would stop us from being on style? Even on rainy season, fashion can never be overlooked. Have you seen colored rain boots and bright coats on a rainy day? That's what I'm talking about. =)

Now, i have this photo with my office mate and thought of blogging about it.

As you can see, all hair brushed up (i told you it's windy) =P

On Style: Polkie Dokie

I always have this obsession for polka dots. When i see things in polka, it always looked adorable to me and, well, prosperous =) Maybe because this dots are being used by us Filipinos, in our traditional celebration of New Year. They always say that when you wear polka dots every new year, it'll be a prosperous 12 months for you, and yes I've been following that since i was a kid =)

I always paired polka dresses with something plain (if you could notice) this equalizes the looks. Too many dots for me looks like you're wearing a lot of coins.
