The story begun when Gong Ah Jeung, (Yoon Eun Hye in real life), accidentally lied that she was married to the World Hotel Chairman/ Owner Hyun Ki Joon, (Kang Ji Hwan).
She made this story just to get even with her Best Friend Yoo So Ran. This friend happened to marry her first love, Chun Jae Bum, without her knowing that her close friend had also a feeling for their senior. She doesn't want to look pity in front of the them, so she Lied about being married.
When Hyun Ki Joon learned about this web of rumors, he got mad to Gong Ah Jeung. The thrill started when they always bumped to each other, makes cat fights and chasing.
But things fall to where it should be... they started to like each but tried to control.
Hyun Ki Joon's ex fiance returned to Seoul. He tried to asses if he still has a feeling for her and eventually learned that he no longer love this girl. Some one has taken her place now...
He decided to start with Gong Ah Jeung right, with no lies. But things got complicated because of that lie. Hyun Ki Joon engaged in a scandal when he is in China for a business matter. Gong Ah Jeung had to cover him so she appeared in Press and explained that the lie was from her and it's not Hyun Ki Joon's fault.
She made this sacrifice even if it means losing her Job. She is working at the Ministry of Culture and Tourism, as a level 5 officer and getting into public scandal will cause her dismissal.
Hyun Ki Joon, on the other hand, made a counter public announcement to make up to Ah Jeung's sacrifices for him. He announced to the public, in the middle of the most crowded area in Seoul that she love this woman.
